The Pacific Alliance has started to exert pressure on several
originally neutral countries. Saying that if one is not with the
Alliance, then one is considered a hostile country. ORB is no exception.
I think it is very clear to all of you that ORB does not refuse
Coordinators. As long as they adhere to ORB's laws and ideals, anyone is
allowed into our borders and free to live in different countries.
Altering genes is not a question of right or wrong. Just "because you
are a Coordinators" or "because you are a Neutrals". Each living with
prejudice coloring their perceptions is what causes discrimination and
conflict between both groups. But, there are those like the Pacific
Alliance who judge all Coordinators to be evil, to be enemies deserving
of attack. I can never agree.
Just
what is this conflict about and who is it between? Even though
everything is not smooth sailing in my country at the moment, but if we
give up because of this, one of these days, we will walk the path of
mutual destruction. Then, even if we regret our choice, it will be too
late. Thus, if this is the world, we will follow it silently. Which path
to choose, is your freedom. If you can't betray the uniform that you
wear, all I ask is that you try. You are young and powerful. I hope that
you can clearly see the future that you truly desire. While there is
still time.
